With over 140,000 square feet of space, there is plenty of room to make sure your event is a huge success. There is enough seating for up to 9,000 people as well.

While the Centriplex is no always open for public skating,

they do offer plenty of time after games and on the weekends for the public to enjoy the ice rink. If you are looking to take part in any ice skating lessons, this is not something that they offer at this facility. The public skating event allows time for freestyle skating.

Although the facility is massive, it is still a good idea to dress in warm layers during your visit. The building is kept at a considerably cooler temperature to maintain the ice in good condition for skating.

During your visit, you will find that the concession area is open for snacks and drinks. Ice skating certainly brings on an appetite! Keep in mind that outside food and beverages are not permitted.

The Centriplex is home to the Macon Mayhem, professional hockey team. The use of the facility for not only practice but, for home games as well. Their training sessions are always open, and the public is welcome to come in and watch. Fan support is welcome during home games as well.
