Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in it’s original not damaged packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You approved your refund/exchange with us
  • This is not international order

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you return damaged product, some fees may apply.

If you shipped return without shipping box or/and manufacturer box, you will be charged $20 for damaging manufacturer package (unsellable condition).

During refund process, for not returned promotional items, you will be charged a non-promotion price of these items. If you would like to receive a full refund, you need to return all items. Any fraudulence will cause blocking of your account.

We do not process returns over the phone; please follow the instructions to solve your issue as soon as possible.

Please describe your issue with your order number and send it to our Helpdesk or our support team to the Facebook messenger. Please attach images if needed.

Send the product with its original packing (put ice skates packed in the original package into a shipping box) and the receipt or proof of purchase or a copy of your invoice, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

After your Exchange approval, and purchasing of the Return Label, please contact us to [email protected] our support team to the Facebook messenger to obtain the Shipping Label.

Shipping Label – Return for a Refund

If you qualify to get a refund, please contact our customer service representative over email [email protected] or by Facebook messenger to obtain a Reduced Cost Shipping Label. After we receive an item(s) back and inspect a product state, you will be issued with a refund. $10 – Cost of the shipping label will be debited from your final refund amount.
