Black Gold draws Style A18 in broad strokes. The gold sequin rays are cut as wide, straight-sided wedges that climb from one hip across the torso and close at the opposite shoulder under a beaded applique, and stones are set in lines along the wedge edges. The mesh sleeve carries on over the back of the hand as a stone-set point anchored on a finger loop, while the opaque sleeve ends at the wrist, and the skirt is joined at a waist seam that dips to a point at center front, with stone trails running from that seam down over the skirt. The dress is cut from Italian biflex, sequin and stretch net, sewn with German Gutermann threads, and handmade in Europe (Ukraine) for SG.moda, a USA brand.
